Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
North Carolina Master Chorale is committed to the health and safety of our audience, musicians, and staff. We are monitoring the development of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Per their guidance, NCMC has cancelled the remainder of our concerts for the 2019-2020 season.
We understand our audiences are carefully considering their ticket purchases and attendance at concerts. Despite cancelling our Barons of Broadway and Four Seasons concert, NCMC must complete its financial obligations for the rest of our Fiscal Year. With these facts in mind, we offer two options for our season ticket holders.
You may have the unused portion of your ticket purchase converted to a tax-deductible donation which helps NCMC continue offering choral excellence to the Triangle.
You may request a ticket credit, good for existing subscribers, to be applied toward the unused portion of your subscription purchase in our 2020-2021 season.
To take advantage of either of these options, please complete this Ticket Conversion Form. NCMC processes tickets through both Ticketmaster and Chorus Connection, so it will take our staff some time to process transactions and issue credits for future tickets.

The past few days have brought even stricter recommendations from the CDC which advises against gatherings of 50 or more people for the next 8 weeks. Our staff and Board have been in regular communication as the situation has continued to develop, and we have come to the disappointing – but necessary – decision that we must suspend our rehearsals and concerts for the remainder of the season. Our rehearsals and performances typically involve 160 or more singers. The health and safety of our membership, our audiences, and our community as a whole is at stake and we must do our part.
We will reach out to our ticketholders with more information within the next few days; we thank you for your patience. If you have any questions please contact me directly at email@example.com.
