The Triangle area of North Carolina is a hub of science, education, industry, and cultural arts. As such, NCMC is fortunate to have had more than 1,000 singers in our ranks since its founding as the Raleigh Oratorio Society in 1942. Our singers come from Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Sanford, Rocky Mount, and all over the greater Triangle area. We have trained music educators, professional soloists, business executives, doctors, salespeople, retirees, students, and every other profession imaginable.
