When should I arrive?
Doors to the house open 30 minutes prior to the performance, and the Box Office opens 60 minutes beforehand. Seating in the Martin Marietta Center is assigned/reserved. At all other venues, seating is general admission: first come, first serve.
How much are tickets for children?
For performances at the Martin Marietta Center, children under 2 years old get in free. Ages 2 and up will need a ticket.
For our General Admission concerts, children under 5 years old get in free. For ages 5 and up, they will receive a student ticket. Contact Samantha or call our office to receive more information about a student ticket for the General Admission concerts.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as payment for tickets and donations to the North Carolina Master Chorale.
Group Discounts
We offer group discounts for groups of 8-10 (15% off) and 10+ (20% off). Please call the Master Chorale Box Office at (919) 301-8022 or email us no later than 24 hours before a concert to make arrangements for a group purchase. Groups discounts are not available at the door.
Additional Discounts
In addition to group discounts, the Master Chorale also offers student/child, senior (65+), and military discounts for our concerts. The student/child discount is 50% off, while both senior and military are 10% off. These discounted tickets are available for purchase in advance over the phone, or at the Box Office the day of the performance, as long as tickets are still available. Contact Samantha with any questions on these discounts.
Delivery Options and Conditions
After purchasing individual tickets online, buyers will receive an email confirmation with a QR code that will act as their ticket. Upon checkout for general admission concerts, the option to pick-up tickets at Will Call prior to the performance can be chosen instead of digital tickets. Meymandi Concert Hall and The Rialto performances do not have a physical ticket option.
Box Office staff will have a list of all ticket buyers at all concerts.
Will Call Location
Our Will Call tickets are held at the Box Office of our performance venues. Please look for the Will Call sign so that you do not have to wait in the Box Office line. The Box Office and the Will Call locations open one hour prior to each concert.
Refunds and Exchanges
The Master Chorale has a no refund policy for tickets. Should you find you will be unable to attend a performance, subscribers may exchange tickets for alternate subscription performances in the same season. Patrons need only pay the difference in price if the concert to which you are exchanging is more expensive. If you do not want to exchange the tickets, your purchase can be converted to a tax-deductible donation. Tickets must be exchanged or converted at least 24 hours prior to the date of the scheduled performance for which you already have tickets. If an event is cancelled, all patrons will receive a full refund of their purchase.
Are the performance venues accessible?
All venues are handicap accessible with designated handicap parking available. Accessibility information for each venue can be found on our accessibility page. Patrons with special needs, or with any questions about accessibility, should call the Master Chorale office at (919) 301-8022 for assistance.
