Ticket Processing with NCMC
The Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts (DECPA) has mandated that all tickets sold for concerts in their facility be sold exclusively through Ticketmaster.
For Reserved Seating in Meymandi Concert Hall
Joy of the Season and Soldiers in Song
Individual tickets to our concerts in Meymandi Concert Hall will have to be purchased through Ticketmaster.
Patrons will have to go online to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster, and pay the associated fees. Unfortunately, NCMC has no control over this process or the fees.
Alternatively, tickets will also be available at the DECPA Box Office. Tickets purchased in-person through the DECPA Box Office will not incur the Ticketmaster fees.
We are not able to sell tickets to Meymandi Concert Hall concerts over the phone or from the NCMC Box Office.
For General Admission Concerts
Bewitched, I Will Lift Up Mine Eyes, Romance in the Air, and Mozart & Handel
Individual tickets to these concerts are processed through Square.
Season Packages are also processed through Square.
We are sorry for any inconvenience patrons encounter, and we are available, by phone or email, to answer questions and help patrons navigate these ticket procedures.
BOX OFFICE POLICIES
Concerts held at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts are reserved seating. You can visit their website to view the four venues within DECPA and their seating charts.
Concerts held at other venues are first come, first served, with no assigned seating.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as payment for tickets and donations to NCMC.
Delivery Options and Conditions
Tickets purchased online or by phone 2 weeks before the concert/event will be mailed. Tickets purchased after this time period will be held at Will Call, and can be picked up at the Box Office of the concert/event.
Will Call Location
Our Will Call tickets are held at the Box Office of our performance venues. Please look for the Will Call sign so that you do not have to wait in the Box Office line. The Box Office and the Will Call locations open one hour prior to each concert.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for ticket purchases. If you are unable to use your purchased tickets, please call the NCMC office, at (919) 856-9700, to exchange them for another concert in our season or have your purchase converted to a tax-deductible donation. If an event is cancelled, all patrons will receive a full refund of their purchase.
We offer group discounts for groups of 10-19 (15% off) and 20+ (20% off). Please call the NCMC Box Office at (919) 856-9700 no later than 24 hours before a concert to make arrangements for a group purchase. Groups discounts are not available at the door.
