The North Carolina Master Chorale is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all peoples regardless of race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, ethnicity, national origin, and socioeconomic status.

North Carolina Master Chorale is passionate about building and sustaining an inclusive, equitable, and diverse environment for its singers, students, staff, patrons, and the greater Triangle arts community. We firmly believe every member of our artistic community brings unique gifts and backgrounds to our shared, collective experience.

In 2020, the Master Chorale created a Task Force to identify all areas where our organization can improve accessibility, diversity, inclusion, and equity, specifically in and for our chorale membership, ticket-buyers, venue selection process, and repertoire selection process. We welcome your input and feedback in this process.

Please reach out to Samantha if you would like to be a part of our Task Force or if you have questions and/or comments.

The Master Chorale is under the artistic direction of Music Director Alfred Sturgis
